What the price of a file depends on
Three things decide how many credits a request costs.
The tools you use
If you work only with slave tools linked to us, you qualify for a lower rate, because those files can only be used through our service.
The type of vehicle
A truck, an agricultural machine or a marine engine is not priced like a car — the work behind the calibration is different.
Stage and options
The stage sets the base cost and each option adds to it. You see the total before you confirm the request.
VAT
Prices are shown excluding VAT. For business customers inside the EU with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge procedure applies and no VAT is added. For customers outside the EU, no VAT is charged. In all other cases VAT is added at the applicable rate.
