Credits are added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. Larger packs bring the unit price down.

Extract the original program from the vehicle using your own reading tool.

What to include
The more precise the request, the faster it comes back. Missing information is the most common reason a file takes longer than it should.
- The complete original read from the vehicle — not a partial file, and not one that has already been modified
- The ECU type
- The tool you used and the reading method
- Make, model, year, engine and gearbox
- The stage and options you want, and anything already modified on the vehicle
