What the Imprint must state
The published version will cover the following points.
- Registered company name
- Legal form
- Registered address
- The person or people authorised to represent the company
- Commercial register and registration number
- VAT identification number
- Email address
- Telephone number
- The person responsible for the content of the site
- Reference to the EU online dispute resolution platform
What is legally required depends on the country in which the company is established. This list is a starting point for the lawyer preparing the document, not a substitute for one.
